We collect the minimum amount of personal data required to provide our service. When you register on Eldemiry, your authentication data (such as email and password) is securely processed and stored via Supabase.
All financial transactions and billing information are handled exclusively by Stripe. Eldemiry does not store or have direct access to your credit card numbers, payment credentials, or full billing logs on our servers.
Your personal data is used solely to manage your active dashboard user session, monitor your generation tokens, and send critical service or billing updates. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email address to third-party advertisers.
We use secure operational cookies to keep you authenticated inside your private dashboard and to remember your billing settings. Disabling cookies may prevent you from fully logging in or processing payments securely.
We rely on enterprise-grade encryption architectures through Supabase and Stripe to secure your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we advise caution.
