We collect the minimum amount of personal data required to deliver our AI services. When you register on Eldemiry, your authentication credentials (such as your email address) are processed and securely stored via Supabase.

2. Chatbot Training & Knowledge Source Privacy

As a specialized AI chatbot platform, you may upload document files, links, or text databases as Knowledge Sources to train your custom bots.

• Your uploaded training data and automated chatbot conversation logs are encrypted and strictly used to operate your deployed bots.
• We absolutely do not utilize your proprietary business data or customer interaction logs to train or fine-tune public baseline AI architectures.
• Any transmission of content to secure underlying LLM APIs is handled through enterprise data privacy protocols with zero retention configurations.

3. Payment Processing Data & PCI Compliance

Financial details, invoices, and credit card subscriptions are handled entirely and securely by Stripe. Eldemiry never stores, directly captures, or retains your credit card numbers, CVV keys, or payment hashes on our servers. Stripe processes all records under global PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.

4. How We Use and Protect Data

Your information is leveraged solely to maintain your active cloud dashboard workspace, calculate token resource tier constraints, and relay necessary system billing alerts. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email addresses or operational databases to third-party tracking or advertising networks.

5. Cookies and Sessions

Eldemiry utilizes secure functional browser cookies to track dashboard sessions and maintain user states across billing cycles. Disabling cookies may lock dashboard access and prevent successful external gateway redirects.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion
