By creating an account, accessing, or using Eldemiry, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable international laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Description of Service & Allocation

Eldemiry operates as an automated AI-powered chatbot platform. Services are delivered on a subscription basis, granting users a specific volume of AI tokens, processing credits, or data knowledge capacities based on their selected tier. Credits are non-transferable, bound to a single user account, and reset or renew according to your billing cycle specifications.

3. Billing, Renewals, and Stripe Payments

All payment processing, invoicing, and premium subscriptions are securely handled through our merchant gateway, Stripe.

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your choice.
• Your subscription will auto-renew automatically unless cancelled through your dashboard before the next cycle starts.
• You remain responsible for maintaining updated payment methods inside your billing portal.

4. AI Outputs & Disclaimers (Crucial)

You acknowledge that Eldemiry utilizes generative artificial intelligence architectures to answer questions, train bots, and process knowledge sources.

AI outputs are probabilistic and generated dynamically. Eldemiry does not guarantee, warrant, or assume legal responsibility for the factual accuracy, correctness, safety, or appropriateness of the responses provided by your deployed chatbots. It is your sole responsibility to review and monitor your AI bots' behavior and integrations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eldemiry, its founders, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of system data, operational business interruption, or financial profit losses) arising out of the performance, outputs, or inability to use our AI automation services.

6. Termination & Contact
