1. Subscriptions and Cancellations

At Eldemiry, we offer subscription-based plans for our AI services. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the high operational and computing costs associated with generation resources, we generally do not offer refunds once AI tokens or resource credits have been consumed or used.

However, if you experience a technical error or a system failure that prevents you from accessing your paid service, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction, and we will review your case for a full or partial refund.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
